Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.49 with us.

We ship your order within Germany as a DHL package.

If you are ordering from other EU countries or Switzerland, your order will also be shipped via DHL.

The delivery time for all paid products is generally 2-5 working days within Germany upon receipt of payment. In case of delivery delays or shortages, 6-14 working days.

You can find current information on the delivery time for each product on the product page. If you order products with different delivery times, the delivery time is based on the product with the longest delivery time.

Longer delivery times apply to shipments abroad.

You have the option to return your package within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Upon approval of the return, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The processing time for returns is 7-14 days.

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.

2) The buyer bears the costs of the return.

3) A return period of 14 days from receipt of the goods must be observed.

4) The return will be processed within 7-14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded. In addition, a 2% restocking fee applies. This is charged because every return involves a significant amount of organizational and material effort:

• our employees inspect each returned item individually,
• the goods must be refurbished, cleaned, and repackaged,
• subsequently, it is re-entered into inventory,
• additionally, material and logistics costs are incurred.

The fee is intended to cover a portion of these costs and also to ensure that orders are placed more consciously and sustainably.

5) In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the return will be sent back to the buyer

Shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error or shipments that are not picked up from the DHL branch/parcel station and are therefore returned to us can be reshipped for a flat shipping fee of 5.49 euros, or we can cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, a return and processing fee of 10 euros will be deducted from the refund amount.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs!
